Smart City Furniture

The design challenge for The Smart City Furniture of Aalter was to combine a ‘smart’ media setup with the aesthetics of slick city furniture, blending in the landscape architecture of the city. We decided to develop a clean design furniture in concrete with super slick lines. Then integrating technology as a compact screen housing with numerous ‘smart’ components that companies, and pioneers can use to optimise the applications of the furniture.
